Overall, the place was clean and definitely better than a lot of similar spots I’ve been to. I did notice a few small areas that could’ve used a little more attention, but nothing major. No real complaints

I had a small issue after I placed my order, and I got a bit uneasy once the payment went through because I wasn’t sure if they’d actually help. But they responded quickly and got it sorted out without much hassle. Turned out fine in the end

I booked our stay through naturalretreats.com and it was really straightforward. The dates, total price, and fees were all shown clearly before I paid, which I appreciated. I was waiting for some annoying surprise at checkout, but no, it actually went smoothly. Payment processed fast, the confirmation email came right away, and so far there haven’t been any issues. I’d use it again

The place was okay overall, but it definitely didn’t feel like what was shown in the listing. The photos made it look bigger and more updated than it actually was, and the hot tub wasn’t working when we arrived, which was disappointing. Support did respond, but the way they talked to us felt a little condescending, like we were being difficult for pointing it out. In the end, it felt like we paid for something different than what we got.

We haven’t actually stayed yet, but so far my experience with Natural Retreats has been really good. Their emails and pre-trip info have been clear and easy to follow, which makes the whole planning part a lot less stressful.
I did have a couple of small questions and they got back to me quickly. My only warning to others would be not to leave any questions until the last minute, reach out early so you can feel settled before the trip. At this point, we’re feeling good and looking forward to the stay.
